Kamakura is a custom typeface I created inspired by the traditional Japanese Shodo (Calligraphy) art style. It can be classified as a geometric, low contrast, sans serif, display font. While this typeface is available in both uppercase and lowercase type families, the lowercase forms are where kamakura really shines. This typeface can be used in a variety of ways in either personal or professional applications. This typeface pairs nicely with rounded sans serif, slab serif as well as classic script font styles.
